Seven Gibsons Paddle Club members attended World sprints as part of the 153 Canadians. 22 countries competed with Canada collecting 12 Gold, 13 Silver and 4 Bronze medals. Our local paddlers brought home 6 of the medal count! Our members Daphne Brockington, Belle Eaglechild, and Charon O'Brien also competed with their Canadian Teams.
